- Customers may cancel their transportation service booking free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled rental start time.
- If a cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the scheduled rental start time, no refund will be issued. This includes no-shows where the customer fails to pick up the service without prior notice.
- Any changes to the booking, such as altering the service period or vehicle type, must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service start time. Changes requested within 48 hours of the service start time may not be accommodated and could be subject to additional charges.
- Extensions of the service period are subject to vehicle availability and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Additional charges will apply based on the extended rental period.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation.
- For cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled rental start time, a full refund will be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled rental start time are non-refundable. No exceptions will be made.
- Child and baby seats must be requested and coordinated in advance at the time of booking. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of the trip for safety reasons, with no refund provided.
- If the required child and baby seats are not requested and confirmed prior to the trip, the rental will be canceled to ensure passenger safety. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
- The number of passengers must be accurately stated at the time of booking. If more passengers than registered attempt to board, an additional commission will be charged per extra person.
- If the number of passengers exceeds the vehicle's capacity, the trip will be canceled for safety reasons. No refund will be issued in such cases, as the time and reservation have been utilized, resulting in a loss for the company.
- A charge will apply for waiting time exceeding 10 minutes beyond the scheduled pickup time, calculated per minute without prior notice.
- For delays or early arrivals due to flights or other reasons, customers must notify us in advance. The driver is subject to a maximum waiting period of 1 hour without prior notice. After 1 hour a surcharge will be applied for the additional 1Fr pro minutes of waiting.
- The driver may encounter traffic or accidents, causing a delay of up to 10 minutes. If the delay exceeds 10 minutes without prior notice, customers are entitled to a refund of 20% of the fare. Alternatively, customers may choose to wait and discuss a discount with the operator.
- The driver has the right to require all passengers to wear seat belts at all times. Changing clothes or diapers inside the vehicle is prohibited. Consuming food inside the vehicle is also prohibited.
- For long journeys, passengers may request restroom breaks and photo stops. These must be agreed upon with the driver at the start of the trip and should not exceed the agreed time.
- Passengers must declare the amount of luggage at the start of the rental. If the luggage exceeds the vehicle's capacity or road safety regulations, the trip will be canceled without a refund. Luggage cannot be placed in passenger seating areas for safety reasons.
- Any internal damage to the vehicle, including spills, stains, or vomit, will be subject to additional charges after inspection.
- Customers are expected to behave respectfully towards the driver and other passengers. Abusive or inappropriate behavior will result in the immediate termination of the rental, with no refund issued.
- The use of alcohol, drugs, or smoking is strictly prohibited inside the vehicle. Violation of this policy will result in a cleaning fee and the possible cancellation of the rental.
- By making a booking, customers agree to comply with all rental terms and conditions, including the timely return of the rental vehicle and adherence to the agreed rental period.
